White to play – draw (instead of Fine's Black wins)

In the first note after 1. Be6 d4 2. Bd7 b4 3. Kc2 c4 4. Be6 c3 5. Bb3 Kxg4 6. Kd3 Kf3 7. Ba4 (instead of Fine's 7. Kxd4?)and Black cannot break the blockade. If the black king crosses back over the 4th rank, then White can safely take the d4 pawn.
